The Vaughn Cultural Center is located at the Urban League Headquarters in the Grand Center Arts District in St Louis, Missouri. It was established in 1979 from donated funds as a memorial to Dr. Arthur Vaughn by his wife Ermaline Vaughn. The Center functions as a cultural venue to display African American history and culture through art, concerts, story telling, classes and special programs. Admission is free.
